The company home

One place where everyone starts the day: in your house style, with what matters to each role.

A colleague's day: home, dashboard, chat and feedback

Flow becomes your company's landing place. Everyone signs in on your environment's own address, on a sign-in page in your house style, and arrives at a home with a side menu and tabs that you arrange per audience: dashboards, AI Colleagues, links, announcements and information pages. What someone may not open, they do not see either: no empty holes, no dead links.

In short

  • A home for everyone

Dashboards, AI Colleagues, links and announcements on one page, with the new role Employee: the home, dashboards and chats, without the studio.

  • Navigation per role

A side menu with icons, groups and sub-menus, and tabs you show per role, team, identity-provider group or single person.

  • Your house style

Your logo, colours and fonts on the home and the sign-in page. Flow checks that text stays readable and that charts stay clear for colour-blind readers.

  • Information pages

Blocks for a hero, a video with captions, cards, steps, frequently asked questions, key figures, people and quotes.

  • Feedback with a screenshot

Something wrong? Colleagues say so on the home and on dashboards, with a marked-up screenshot, and builders answer in an inbox.

  • Sign in at your own address

Straight from your environment's address, with your own identity provider and two-step verification for everyone.

What you can do

What you can do

  1. Show each role what it needs

Arrange the side menu and the tabs per audience: the sales team sees its pipeline and its AI Colleague, finance sees the figures of the month. Who belongs to an audience comes from a role in Flow, a team, or a group in your identity provider.

  2. Dashboards and AI Colleagues on the home

Any dashboard can be a tile or a page of its own on the home, and any AI Colleague can be a chat your colleagues open from the menu.

  3. Make it look like your company

Upload your logo for light and dark and a square mark, choose your colours and fonts, and see straight away how the sign-in page and the home look. When a combination is hard to read, Flow suggests a colour that does work.

  4. Explain things with information pages

Build a welcome page, an onboarding route or a page about how you work from blocks: a hero, a video with captions, steps, cards and frequently asked questions. Videos play from your own environment.

  5. Hear what colleagues think

Thumbs up or down on every answer of an AI Colleague and a feedback button on every page, with a screenshot if they like. You answer in an inbox and turn a poor answer into a test case with one click.

  6. Sign in without a detour

Colleagues sign in on your environment's own address with your identity provider, such as Entra ID. Their groups and app roles travel along to Flow and decide what they see.

Navigation per role: the side menu and the tabs

Everyone gets the menu that fits their work. Per audience you put together the side menu — with icons, groups and submenus — and the tabs above the page. Here the bakery's managers get a group Management with the revenue per shop, which employees do not see. Hiding is a convenience, not security: whatever a person may not open, the server always refuses.

Your team and their roles

In the portal you invite people to your organisation, each with a role. A builder builds in Development and publishes up to Acceptance; a colleague uses what has been built and tests and approves; the owner manages everything. You see per environment what a role may do, and how your colleague gets in.

Create a role of your own and give it

A role is a bundle of permissions: what someone may see and do in this environment. Flow has fixed roles, such as Developer and Reviewer; which fixed role someone has follows from their role in the portal. If none of them fits, you create a role of your own with exactly the permissions needed — and no more — and give it to a colleague. The server checks those permissions on every request.

Building the home for your colleagues

The home is what everyone in your company sees at your Flow's address: a welcome, announcements, the figures that matter and a question box for the AI Colleagues. You build it in the studio like a dashboard, with a variant per audience. Before you publish, you view it as that audience and Flow checks you do not open up anything that should stay closed.

A colleague's day: home, dashboard, chat and feedback

This is how a colleague uses the home: a quick look in the morning at how the week is going, a question to the HR colleague, and when something is not right, feedback — with a screenshot on which they point out what is wrong and black out what nobody needs to see. The reply comes back in the home.

Your first dashboard from a table

A dashboard shows at a glance what your workflows and tables produce: key figures, charts and tables on a grid. You build it the way you will see it: tiles from the palette onto the grid, and per tile you choose in plain words where the data comes from and what you want to see. Here you make a sales overview of a table of orders.

Chat with your AI Colleague

Every environment has a chat of its own, where colleagues talk to the AI Colleagues you publish. You put your agent in the chat (if the chat is still off, you switch it on in the same place), publish it and ask a question. With the answer you see where it searched and which document it came from. You start where 'Your first AI Colleague with a knowledge base' ended.

The house style: logo, type and colours

What your colleagues see wears your company's house style: the sign-in page, the home, the dashboards and the chat in it. You upload the logo, choose the type and the colours, and Flow checks that everything stays readable — also for colour-blind readers. A colour that is not readable enough is refused, with one that does work beside it. The studio keeps Flow's own look.

Building information pages with blocks

Besides the start page, the home can have pages that explain: for new colleagues, a way of working or a project. You build them from blocks that are designed with care — a hero, cards, steps, a video, frequently asked questions, a callout and contact people — and fill them in Dutch and English. Then you put the page in the menu.

Answering feedback

Colleagues give feedback from the home: a thumb on an AI Colleague's answer, or through the Feedback tab with a screenshot on which they mark something and black out what must not be sent. In the studio you read it all in the Feedback inbox, reply (the reply reaches the colleague in their home, never by mail), keep the status up to date and turn a bad chat answer into a test case, so it does not happen again.

Test cases for an agent

An agent that answers well today must do so tomorrow too — also after a new instruction or another model. Test cases record what the agent must do: an input, and what the answer must contain or which outcome you expect. Once an agent has test cases, you can only publish it when they all pass.

Signing in on your company's Flow address

Your colleagues never need to see the portal. Every environment has an address of its own with a sign-in page in your company's house style. Whoever has a work account signs in through the company's sign-in system (such as Entra ID) and lands on the home straight away; whoever builds signs in with password and code and lands in the studio, one click away from the home.

Groups from your sign-in system (SSO)

With single sign-on your own sign-in system, such as Entra ID, decides who gets in. Map one of its groups to a role in Flow, and everyone in that group gets the role when signing in; whoever leaves the group loses it the next time. You require two-step verification for everyone without SSO, test which roles a set of groups gives, and see a colleague arrive with her group.

Identity management and single sign-on

Who may get in, and who decides? With single sign-on your own identity provider decides (Entra ID, Google, Okta, Keycloak …): whoever leaves there can no longer get into Flow either. You connect the provider to your organisation in the portal, under Security and sign-in, and see how a colleague on your domain is sent there when signing in.
