Table: update a row

5 steps± 4 minVideoVerified 22 Oct 2026
  1. Step 1 · Open Flow and create a workflow
  2. Step 2 · Look the row up
  3. Step 3 · Update the row you found
  4. Step 4 · Put the steps in one line and save
  5. Step 5 · Run and look in the table

Updating a row always goes by id: that way Flow knows for sure which row you mean. Usually you do not know the id, but you do know something else, such as an invoice number. Then you look the row up first and update the row you found. Here you mark an invoice as paid.
